Prices are quoted on your individual needs, so in effect you put together your own wedding package.

What is a Wedding Package anyway?

It’s as simple as A- B - C

A - Unlimited photographs taken
B - No hourly rate charged for pre reception segments
C - No hidden extras

Not everyone wants the same combination of services for their wedding photography. You may want to put together your own album or have a selection of photos on a Web page for your friends and relatives to view. That's why you are not restricted to set packages. Instead, I list all the services that are available and then you create your own package with exactly what you want.

How to create your own package – its easy and as totally flexible as 1 - 2 - 3

1 - Decide which wedding segments you want photographed.
Eg: Bride preparation, Groom preparation, Ceremony etc

2 - Decide what format you would like your photographs in.
Eg: printed proofs, digital proofs, upgrade to enlargement sizes etc

3 - Then just choose any additional services you wish.
Eg: DVD presentation, website showcase, pre wedding photo shoot etc

If you have something else in mind that is not listed, please let me know and I'm sure it can be accommodated.

Wedding Prices and Services......

Packages are based on the segments of your wedding - no hourly rate is charged.

Additional Services......

CD - have your photographs scanned to CD (includes both High and Low resolution scans).

Engagement Portraits - great if your nervous about having your photograph taken. A pre wedding portrait session can help you relax and feel comfortable in front of the camera. You could also utilise these photographs in your wedding invitation. Including 20 7x5 prints in a display album.

Your own Website - select 100 of your favorite shots and have a personal Website created to show your friends and family around the world (includes 3 months hosting)

Guest Gift Payments - give your friends and family the opportunity to contribute to the payment of your photography. Guests can contribute to your album directly by paying the photographer and receiving a gift voucher prior to the wedding. A list of your guests that contributed to your album will be supplied on a personalised certificate that can be added to your final album. A service fee includes album certificate and unlimited guest gift vouchers.

Signature Frame - Have a framed portrait supplied at your reception where your guests can pen their best wishes around the border. A combination of photographs or one single enlargement can be utilised.

Thank You Cards - I can design & print your thank-you cards utilising your wedding images. Prices quoted after consultation of design and stock choices.

Display Album Choices - Why be limited to just a few choices for your wedding display album. We have a large range of beautifully handmade display albums to suit your budget. You are also welcome to build your own album.

A $650 non refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. A payment schedule is created for your convience to help you pay for your photography over 6 months.

All photographs taken remain the copyright of Karen Stenner Photography regardless of negatives being supplied with the base package. Prices include GST.

Family and Individual Photography

Portraits are taken in the privacy of your own home or a special location such as a park or beach. Feeling comfortable in your own surroundings makes your portraits more natural and memorable.

This is also very important where children are concerned. What better place to be when your baby needs to be changed, fed or a favorite toy has to be included in the family portrait.
